Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in specialty preferred License: Compact or state license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS (for charge nurses) Must-Have: EKG/Telemetry background preferred Willingness to accept assignment to an emergency team if required Flexibility to float to other inpatient units Availability to work every other weekend and every other holiday Description: The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in the telemetry unit. The candidate should have a strong background in telemetry and EKG monitoring. The position requires effective communication and teamwork skills. The RN will work nights with a standard shift of 12 hours. There is an expectation to join an emergency team if assigned by the unit manager. Specific details regarding emergencies and expectations will be communicated as needed. The role includes floating to various inpatient units as required by staffing needs. BLS and ACLS certifications are required for this position. Candidates should have evidence of up-to-date NURSYS reports. The facility welcomes first-time travelers and those with less than 2 years of experience. Compliance with required vaccinations is necessary. Please ensure all required documentation is prepared before submission. This position does not accept local travelers; candidates must reside more than 65 miles from the facility.
