Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,130 per week in Cleveland, OH

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 20 weeks (13 weeks also accepted) Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience, must have 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience License: Must have a permanent state license or compact license in hand Certifications: American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS & ACLS required Must-Have: Recent Epic charting experience (within the last 6 months) Description: Provide winter coverage for Med/Surg Telemetry nursing. Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience is required. Permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience of 18 months is necessary. A permanent state license or compact license must be in hand at the time of application. BLS and ACLS certifications must be active and in hand during the application process. One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required for qualification. Co-worker references will not be accepted and may result in profile rejection. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Travelers must work at least every other holiday. ECG rhythm recognition assessment and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, with acceptable scores required. Travelers have a maximum of two attempts to pass these assessments; failure to pass may result in cancellation of the assignment. Background checks of any kind are reviewed, and open cases will not be accepted. All travelers must be nicotine-free; a negative drug screen is required annually. Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return for one year from their previous end date. BCI/FBI fingerprinting is time-sensitive and must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract. Travelers may remain on assignment for up to 18 months, with a 6-month break required before returning unless approved. Modules are required pre-start and annually, with specific time commitments varying by specialty.
