Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,145 per week in Oklahoma City, OK

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical/Tele Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Current and valid state issued ID required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Experience in MS/Tele nursing - Patient ratio experience of 1:4 - Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs Description: Current and valid driver's license or state issued ID required. Utility bill in the traveler's name with matching address within the last three months. Address must be greater than 75 miles from the contracted facility. No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted. First-time travelers are accepted. Charting system experience is required. Candidates must have access to managing ports and administering chemotherapy. Knowledge and experience in patient education and support is essential. Must be familiar with isolation precautions and wound care. Candidates should be able to recognize and communicate abnormal lab values and manage side effects. Floating to other areas may be required. All candidates must have a minimum of 1 year separation from previous employment with the facility to be eligible for submission. All submissions must include 2 supervisory references.
