Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,146 per week in Fort Dodge, IA

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years in Med Surg, Tele, Med/Tele required License: State license required Certifications: BLS (AHA), NIHSS, ACLS (AHA) required Must-Have: - 2 years of experience in Med Surg, Tele, Med/Tele - Experienced in managing drips on the unit, including cardiac, heparin, and insulin - Comfortable floating to ED and ICU as needed - Epic EMR experience - License verification - One supervisory reference required Description: As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. Travelers will be required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day). Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility. Candidates must have completed a skills checklist within one year of submission date. Profile should include a driver's license.
