Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Experience: 2+ years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience License: Active Iowa/IA or compact nursing license Certifications: - Active BLS (AHA Preferred; will also accept ARC or US Military certificates) - Active NIHSS certification Must-Have: - Work history - Skills Checklist specific to Med Surg/Telemetry - 1 Supervisory Reference Form completed within the last two years - Driver's License Description: As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. This role involves caring for post-operative patients who require overnight stays. Tasks include administering various medications such as Heparin.
