Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,151 per week in Beachwood, OH

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 18 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand at the time of submission. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required. Must-Have: - One reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying is required for submission. - Required certifications must be active and in hand at the time of submission. Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Med/Surg Telemetry specialty. The role requires working three 12-hour night shifts. A minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry is required. Candidates must possess a permanent Ohio license or a compact license. Active BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months, and co-worker references will not be accepted. All required certifications must be current and presented at the time of application. There will be ECG rhythm recognition testing and safeMedicate assessments during orientation. Travelers will receive two attempts to pass these assessments; failure to do so will result in cancellation. Background checks will be reviewed. Candidates with open cases will not be accepted. Nurses are exempt from nicotine free requirements. All other travelers must be nicotine free, with a negative drug screen required within 12 months of the start date. Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to this facility for one year from their previous end date. A break of six months is required before returning unless client approval is obtained.
