First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Phoenix, Arizona.

Neuro Acute/Telemetry RN (Nights)

Seeking an experienced Neuro Acute/Telemetry RN for a 36-hour/week night shift assignment on a Level 1 Trauma unit specializing in epilepsy monitoring and neurological care. The RN will care for neuro and Med/Surg telemetry patients, perform comprehensive neurological assessments, and float to MS/Tele units as needed.

Requirements:

  • Active RN License (pending accepted)
  • Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg/Telemetry experience
  • Level 1 Trauma experience required
  • AHA BLS & ACLS certifications
  • Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
  • Must pass dysrhythmia exam and Day 1 SIMs Lab

Notes:

  • 12-hour night shifts (36 hours/week)
  • Floating required
  • 50-mile radius rule applies
  • Must have own vehicle
  • Natural hair color, no facial piercings, and clean-shaven (for fit testing)
  • Experience with neuro patients, strong assessment skills, and critical thinking required.
