Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,203 per week in Salem, MA

Job Title: RN Telemetry I Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry Nursing Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience: 2 years of acute care hospital experience License: Active RN License Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Must be willing to float to different units - Telemetry monitoring experience including interpreting strips - Experience with cardiac drips Description: Responsible for cardiac monitoring and reading telemetry strips. Must be willing to float throughout various Med/Surg Tele areas. Experience in telemetry monitoring including measuring intervals is required. Position involves care for patients in a variety of settings, including emergency care and acute mental health units. Clinician-to-patient ratio varies; up to 5:1 during the day and evening shifts and up to 6:1 at night. Census in units ranges from 8 to 41 beds. Rotations between day, evening, and night shifts may be required during the contract. Experience as a traveler is preferred.
