Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Salem, Massachusetts.
Medical/Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)
The unit is a 32-bed Ortho/Neuro Med/Surg unit that admits all other medical overflow patients. This unit is divided into two sections with 16 beds each. As a part of this multidisciplinary team, you will be involved in providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.
The patient demographic includes scheduled elective orthopedic and neuro/surgical patients, as well as fractures, neuro patients, and medical overflow patients.
The EMR used for charting is EPIC.
