This role involves clinical practice, service excellence, professional development, and research and evidence-based practice. The Level II Registered Nurse assumes an expanded role, which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities. A commitment to providing high-quality patient care and supporting the nursing team is essential. The nurse will work on a rotating shift schedule and will be expected to fulfill weekend and holiday requirements as necessary.
