Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Med-Surg / Float Pool) – Iowa

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Des Moines, Iowa

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation required.

• Broaden clinical skills and gain valuable cross-specialty experience
• Standard non-compete waived for this assignment

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa or eligibility for licensure
• Minimum of one year of recent acute care medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
• Willingness and ability to float to all medical-surgical floors and specialties listed
• Ability to work at multiple campus locations as needed
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong adaptability, critical thinking, and communication skills
