Weekly Stipend: $1,267
W2 Pay Rate: $27.1/hour 

Requirements :

• Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Med Surg/Tele) – [required] 
• 1 Supervisory Reference Form completed within the last two years – [required] 
• Nursys must state Active Iowa/IA or compact nursing license – [required] 
• Active BLS (AHA Preferred; Will also accept ARC or US Military certificates) – [required] 
• Active NIHSS certification – [required]
