This position involves rotating shifts between days and nights, requiring flexibility in scheduling. The Registered Nurse will care for patients with various medical conditions, particularly those undergoing chemotherapy. Candidates must have experience with continuous cardiac monitoring and symptom management. There is a strong emphasis on infection prevention protocols and patient safety. Special equipment includes telemetry systems, bladder scanners, and infusion pumps. The ideal candidate will possess skills in the interpretation of dysrhythmias and managing IV lines. Candidates must have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous travel experience in nursing is preferred. Ability to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity is required. Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential.
