Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,254 per week in Canton, OH

Job Opportunity – Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse – Ohio

Start Date: September 2026

Location: Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM. Every other holiday coverage required.

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Ohio RN license or current Compact State license required at time of application
• Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• At least 12 months combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry specialty
• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Current ACLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification must be obtained prior to start date
• Demonstrated Epic EMR experience required
• One recent professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in Med/Surg Telemetry from within the past 12 months
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Completion of background check and fingerprinting within 48 hours of contract signing
