Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,267 per week in Cleveland, OH

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 18 months of permanent Medical-Surgical Telemetry experience required License: Must have a permanent Ohio or compact state license in hand Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required Must-Have: - Previous charge experience preferred - Active certifications in hand at the time of submission - One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for - Background checks will be reviewed by the facility - No open cases or license hits will be accepted Description: This position offers a 36-hour work week. The schedule can be a combination of Friday/Saturday/Sunday or Saturday/Sunday/Monday. Only these two schedule options will be considered. Night shifts consist of three 12-hour shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Candidates must possess a current Ohio or compact state nursing license. Active BLS and ACLS certifications are required. A background check will be conducted. Travelers will need to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation. A maximum of two attempts will be allowed to achieve a passing score, or the contract will be canceled. Candidates must be nicotine-free with a compliant drug screening within 12 months of starting. Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return within one year from their previous end date. Modules are required to be completed annually and may vary in hours. Billable hours are applicable for orientation modules. A six-month break is required for travelers before returning for another assignment unless approved.
