Trustaff is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in New Lenox, Illinois.

Position Summary

Care for adult and geriatric Med Surg/Telemetry patients in a Level II Trauma hospital. Nurses manage telemetry monitoring, cardiac drips, post-surgical patients, and stepdown-level care while supervising CNAs and collaborating with certified monitor techs to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.

 

Requirements

  • 4+ years Med Surg/Telemetry experience
  • Stepdown experience required
  • Experience with telemetry monitoring, cardiac drips, and post-surgical patients
  • Adult & Geriatric patient experience
  • Active Illinois RN License
  • BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS
  • Current Illinois Nurse Agency Certificate (must be included with submission)
  • Fully COVID vaccinated
