Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,293 per week in Seattle, WA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Float Duration: 18 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years required License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Proficient in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias. Experience with Orthopedic and Neurological conditions, as well as Cardiac Telemetry. Ability to float between units as needed. Description: This position requires a Registered Nurse to work in a float pool. The role includes responsibilities in both acute care and telemetry units. Travelers are expected to work all scheduled shifts; scheduling requests outside approved time off cannot be accommodated. The facility has a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4-5. Candidates must be flexible with weekend requirements. Experience with peripheral nerve catheters is preferred. Strong time management skills are necessary due to potential split shifts. There will be a pass/fail fill-in-the-blank test at orientation. Floating is an expectation, which may include behavioral health and respite units. The patient population is diverse, requiring experience with a range of medical diagnoses. All candidates must have experience working in telemetry units.
