The role requires working night shifts. The nurse will care for medical, surgical, and oncology patients. Patient ratios are 1:5-6. Weekend coverage is required, with a minimum of 2 shifts every other weekend. The unit has specific requirements including certifications and training. Candidates must be willing to float within the service line. No on-call duty is expected. Nurses new to the specialty are accepted. The facility provides comprehensive support for staff.
