Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,286 per week in Rochester, NY

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical Tele Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Nights - 12 Hours Hours per Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM / 7 AM - 7 PM Night/Day Rotation Experience: 2 years acute hospital experience, with 1 recent year in this specialty License: Active RN license Certifications: AHA BLS Must-Have: - Must work at least 1 holiday per contract - Flexible according to the needs of the schedule - Willingness to float to other units if needed - Reside more than 50 miles from the facility Description: Unit cares for orthopedic, urology, ENT, general surgery, and other postoperative patients. The RN provides direct patient care. Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team is essential. Promotes safe, evidence-based nursing practice. 1 weekend shift per week is required, or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend. Block scheduling may be requested but is not guaranteed. Charge nurse responsibilities are requested but not required. Candidates must have 2 years of U.S. work experience for non-U.S. candidates. Charting is done using EPIC.
