Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,288 per week in Saint Louis, MO

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical Oncology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience required License: Pending license accepted Certifications: BLS, NIH, Fire safety required Must-Have: - EPIC experience required - Experience with Medical/Surgical/Oncology patients Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical/Surgical Oncology unit. Shifts will be from 19:00 to 07:30, 3 days a week. Patient ratios will be 1:5-6. Weekend shifts are required for two shifts every other weekend. Nurses will need to manage and care for Medical/Surgical/Oncology patients. Experience with accessing/managing ports and administration of chemotherapy is needed. The ability to interpret dysrhythmias and monitor chemotherapy patients is required. Isolation precautions and the use of personal protective equipment must be followed. Nurses will be expected to float within their scope to meet facility needs. Certification in Basic Life Support and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale is necessary. Candidates with prior charge experience will be preferred. This position does not require on-call duty.
