Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN – Ohio

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Akron, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months of permanent Medical-Surgical Telemetry experience required
• Active and current Ohio RN license or Compact state license required at time of submission
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required (must be active and in hand)
• NIHSS certification required
• One professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director from an assignment within the past 12 months required
• Clear background check with no open cases
• Clean license history with no disciplinary actions
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Negative drug screen required (nicotine testing exempt for nursing professionals)
• Ability to complete BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of contract signing
