Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Los Angeles, California.

Job Requirements
2+ years RN experience with strong Med-Surg/Telemetry experience; first-time travelers accepted with 3+ years and large-facility (400+ beds) experience.
Active California RN license in hand at submission; BLS and ACLS required.
Epic charting experience required; must have telemetry and ACLS experience.
Must pass an EKG exam on the first day of orientation (one attempt).
Night shift: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, 3×12 or 4×12; weekend coverage required.
Float position: Must be willing to float between Med-Surg and Telemetry units.
Flu vaccination required; no exemptions.
Must work 3 of 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, and New Year's Eve/Day.
Two supervisor-or-higher references from the past year required; no Charge RN references accepted.
No RTO during the first 2 weeks; maximum 2 weeks total RTO.
No pending/temp CA licenses; traveler must be flexible because no scheduling requests are accommodated.
Strong skills in cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation, central/PICC lines, chest tubes, BiPAP/CPAP, blood products, IVs, wound care, rapid response/code situations, and complex medical-surgical care.
