Job Description

Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Globe, Arizona.

  1. Flu vaccine is required NO exceptions
  2. 2) 100 MILE RADIUS RULE* We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital.
  3. 3) RTO: No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract
  4. 4) Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply
