Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel assignment in Akron, OH. This role requires flexibility in a dynamic work environment, engaging in patient care on a 30-bed MS/TELE unit. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - Travel- Provide patient care on a 30-bed MS/TELE unit with adaptable acuity
- Participate in floating between units as required
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Engage in charge nurse duties when required, including assignments and coordination of care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - Travel- ACLS/BLS certification required
- Willingness to float
- Minimum 2+ years of MS/TELE experience required
- Recent Epic experience within the last 12 months mandatory
- Accredited nursing degree through ACEN or CCNE
- Phlebotomy experience within the last 12 months
- Charge experience preferred; willingness to be trained if lacking
