Noor Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Washington Court House, Ohio.

Opportunity:
RN - Medical/Surgical
Job Details:
• Day shift position working 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 36 hours per week guaranteed
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call or holiday requirements
• Nurse to patient ratio of 1:5 or flexed to 1:6
• Care for patients ranging from therapy level of care to PCU level of care
• Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans
• Assess patient conditions, administer treatments and medications, and monitor outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to ensure quality care
• Deliver patient education, health counseling, and discharge planning
• Recognize and respond to patient complications and changes in condition
• Supervise and delegate appropriate nursing tasks while maintaining accountability for patient care
• Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
• Active Ohio RN license required
• Minimum 3 years of experience required
• Must reside outside a 60-mile radius
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• EPIC and Pyxis experience preferred
• HARP/CPI preferred
