Seven Healthcare is proud to offer an excellent opportunity for a Travel Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Telemetry in Akron, Ohio. This contract includes a competitive weekly blended rate of $2,340, based on three 12-hour night shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities of the MedSurg/Tele RN
  • Provide compassionate, comprehensive care to patients on MedSurg/Telemetry units
  • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, patient vitals, and respond to urgent changes
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and discharge instructions
  • Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in line with hospital protocols

Requirements of the Travel Nurse
  • Active Ohio or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Minimum of 2 years' recent MedSurg/Telemetry experience
  • Strong adaptability and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment
