Must-Have:
- Charge RN experience
- Previous travel experience (at least 3 months)
- Must float to any unit within scope of practice
- Candidate must have own vehicle
Description:
The role involves coordinating total nursing care for patients.
Nurses will participate in patient and family teaching.
The position provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel.
Maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting is required.
Travelers must be willing to work as a backup Charge Nurse.
The nurse to patient ratio is 1 to 4 or 5.
The average daily patient census is 22.
Requests for time off during the assignment must be noted and verified before submission.
No more than 5 days of time off will be accepted.
All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission.

Call-offs are subject to a strict attendance policy, where after 3 call-offs, a traveler's contract may be terminated.
Every other weekend and holidays may be required as needed.
