Description:
The RN MS/Tele Float position requires a qualified registered nurse to provide care in various medical units, including surgical, oncology, neuro, and cardiology.
The nurse will float between medical units as needed to meet facility requirements.
The typical patient ratio is 1:5-6 during the day and 1:6 at night.
This role requires every other weekend or a minimum of 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule, along with a holiday rotation obligation.
The nurse will be responsible for administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
The RN will utilize various equipment, including lift devices, ceiling lifts, and bladder scanners.
Flexibility is essential, as the nurse will need to adapt to different unit protocols and patient needs.
Candidates must have strong assessment skills and be proficient in telemetry monitoring.
