Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specialized in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry for a travel assignment in Batavia, NY. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team environment. The RN will play a crucial role in patient care on this typical med/surg tele unit, providing comprehensive support to elderly patients primarily dealing with respiratory, cardiac, and GI system issues, with potential orthopedic patient overflow.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg / Telemetry- Deliver direct patient care for up to 9 patients within a multidisciplinary team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and interpret vital signs and telemetry data
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary support staff
- Implement isolation precautions and manage PPE
- Participate in post-operative care and management
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg / Telemetry- Valid NY nursing license
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience
- Previous charge nurse experience preferred
- EPIC charting experience
