This travel nursing opportunity focuses on providing high-quality care within medical-surgical and telemetry units, incorporating a wide range of skills including phlebotomy and IV placement. Key Responsibilities of the MS/Tele RN- Provide patient care for adults and geriatrics with cardiac and stroke diagnoses
- Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
- Activate rapid response/code teams as necessary
- Perform phlebotomy and place IV lines
- Manage peripheral lines and oxygen protocols
- Ensure proper use of isolation precautions/PPE
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
Requirements of the MS/Tele RN- Current BLS certification
- New York RN license in hand
- Minimum of 1 year recent MS/Tele nursing experience
- Proficiency with EPIC charting systems
- Competency in phlebotomy and IV placement
