Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with strong experience in telemetry and neuro units. This position involves providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high standards of nursing practice.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing assessments, planning, and implementation of care.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings to assess patient status.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance.
• Document patient interactions and care in electronic medical records.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• BLS certification required.
• A minimum of 3 years of medical-surgical/telemetry experience.
• MediTech experience is preferred.
• Availability for day shifts, including 12-hour shifts, with every other weekend and holiday commitment.
