Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a night shift. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment while working collaboratively with healthcare professionals.

Shift Information

• Schedule: Night shift, 3 - 12-hour shifts
• Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions, ensuring timely intervention and treatment.
• Administer medications and manage IVs as per established protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement care strategies.
• Educate patients and families about health management and wellness.
• Document patient care activities accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience.
• Must possess a valid permanent Ohio nursing license or a compact state license.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
