Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for the care of patients who meet Medicine or Med Tele admission criteria. This role involves managing complex medical and surgical patient needs effectively.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg Tele experience.
• Higher level of proficiency due to the complexity of the med/surg unit.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio.
• Current Basic Life Support certification (BLS) from the American Heart Association only.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing or other professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association.
• 1-2 years of Med Surg or Tele experience.

Required Licenses/Certifications prior to Start:

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA

Shift Information:

Shifts available include day/night rotation, with holiday and weekend rotation required. No guaranteed hours, and overtime is paid at the regular, all-inclusive rate. Holiday coverage is required.

Minimum Years of Experience:

1 year of experience is required.

Certifications / Requirements:

• Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS)
