Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,414 per week in Seattle, WA

This position requires working nights, specifically from 19:00 to 07:30. The duration of the assignment is 13 weeks. Travelers must work all scheduled shifts. The facility cannot accommodate scheduling requests outside of approved time off. Holiday time off restrictions apply; travelers can take 1 of 3 major holidays off and must work 2 holidays (eve/day). Ratios for patient care are 1:4-5. Travelers should be flexible with working every other weekend. First-time travelers are not accepted; this is a hard stop. Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS, along with passing a fill-in-the-blank tele test at orientation. Experience with orthopedic and neuro-stroke patients as well as cardiac telemetry is required. Travelers will float between all acute care and telemetry units, including behavioral health. The ability to manage time effectively is essential as care may be split between units during shifts. The unit provides support from various interdisciplinary services. A diverse patient population is served, primarily consisting of adults. The role demands strong coordination and adaptability skills to meet various patient care needs. This position requires experience in telehealth environments and familiarity with electronic health records systems.
