Must-Have: Must be willing to float to any unit within scope of practice; Must have own vehicle; Perm address must be included in profile; All requests for time off must be included in profile; Call is required; No block scheduling; Not eligible for local travelers
Description:
Must not upload a traveler who plans to work alongside another permanent placement or travel assignment.
Must not upload a traveler who requests schedule accommodations.
May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse.
Coordinates total nursing care for patients.
Participates in patient and family teaching.
Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel.
Maintains standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
Requires willingness to float to any unit within the scope of practice.
Average daily patient census and nurse to patient ratio is 1 to 4/5.
Every effort must be made to provide any requested time off during the assignment upon submission.
Requests made after submission will not be approved.
No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted.
This role requires the traveler to have their own vehicle as this is a small community without public transport.
Profile must include all necessary documentation and compliance requirements.
Attendance is strictly monitored, and excessive call-offs may lead to contract termination.
Every other weekend and holiday work may be required.
Strong emphasis on teamwork and professional collaboration is essential in this role.
