Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) Hematology/Oncology/Stem Cell Transplant – Wisconsin

Start Date: October 2026

Location: Wisconsin

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day/Evening 12-hour shifts (0700-1930), every other weekend, holidays on rotation. Four 12-hour shifts per week available.

• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and unit secretaries
• 24 hours of orientation provided

Requirements:

• Active RN license required
• 3+ years recent experience in Hematology/Oncology/BMT required
• Level I trauma center or similar-sized hospital experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• BLS certification required (AHA only)
• Chemotherapy certification (ONS/ONCC) required
• Must successfully pass telemetry exam with strict passing criteria prior to start date
• Previous charge nurse experience preferred
• Experience with 3:1 or 4:1 patient ratios preferred
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
