Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) in Reno, NV. This position involves providing comprehensive patient care within a Level II Trauma Center, focusing on adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. The role requires assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient outcomes while ensuring high standards of quality care across all shifts, including nights.

Job Details:

  • Location: 1155 Mill St, Reno, NV 89502
  • Schedule: 3rd Shift - Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: NV RN license required prior to start, and valid BLS and ACLS certifications. Must pass a telemetry competency exam to include identifying and measuring telemetry rhythm strips. A minimum of 2+ years of Medical Surgical and Telemetry experience is required.
  • Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required up to the candidate's competency level.
  • Additional Information: Travelers may be asked to pick up an additional shift during the schedule period. The healthcare organization reserves the right to call off shifts without penalty with 48 hours' notice, for low census, which may be full or partial shifts. Schedule may include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts.
