Clinical duties include monitoring patients post-operative from spinal surgeries and assisting with pain management. The team collaborates with interdisciplinary support services including physical therapy and respiratory services. Special procedures performed on the unit include post-operative care and monitoring for potential complications. Flexibility to float to other units as needed based on census and staffing requirements is required.
