Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and skills in telemetry and acute care nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in patient and family education regarding health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety and infection control procedures.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN License required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of medical-surgical and telemetry nursing experience in an acute care environment.
• Strong proficiency in using Meditech software is highly preferred.

Schedule

Position requires night shifts, specifically from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, with a commitment to work 24 hours per week, including every other weekend and holiday.

Travel Requirements

Travel experience is required for this position.
