Job Description:

• Provides direct patient care and develops individualized care plans.
• Assesses patient conditions, administers treatments and medications, and monitors outcomes.
• Collaborates with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to ensure quality care.
• Delivers patient education, health counseling, and discharge planning.
• Practices within Ohio RN scope of practice and nursing standards.
• Responsible for recognizing and responding to patient complications and changes in condition.
• Supervises and delegates appropriate nursing tasks while maintaining accountability for patient care.
• Ensures patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Reports directly to the Department Manager with oversight from Nursing Leadership.

Ideal Candidate:

• Active RN license.
• 3+ years experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Experience providing patient-centered care and managing multiple priorities.
• Commitment to patient safety, quality outcomes, and professional nursing standards.

Nurse to patient ratio 1:5 or flexed to 1:6. Care for patients therapy level of care to PCU level of care.  

Hours: Day Shift (7am - 7pm); 36 hours per week, every other weekend, no call, no holidays

Active RN license. 3+ years experience Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. EPIC and Pyxis preferred, however we can train. HARP/CPI preferred but we can train
