Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,503 per week in Madison, WI

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse / Medical-Surgical Telemetry – Wisconsin

Start Date: November 9, 2026

Location: Madison, Wisconsin

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Evening/Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 1900 - 0730. Weekend and holiday rotations based on operational need. Two weekends per six-week schedule period (additional weekends available if desired). 20 hours of orientation provided.

Requirements:

• Active Wisconsin RN license or compact RN license required
• Minimum two years of acute care experience within the last three years
• Epic charting system experience required
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association ONLY)
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Must pass telemetry competency exam prior to start date with strict passing criteria (80% or higher, 100% accuracy on lethal rhythms and 3rd degree heart blocks)
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
