Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse for a MedSurg/Tele Float Pool position. The role requires a dedicated professional with a background in stepdown nursing. Candidates should have experience in telemetry and the ability to adapt quickly to different units. Psychiatric experience is highly preferred. The position involves working night shifts, with an expectation to work most Fridays. Extended requests for time off are not permitted, and there are no specific schedule requests. Average patient ratio is 5:1. The float pool covers various specialties, including ortho, urology, neurology, GYN, cardiology, and cardio-thoracic patients.
