Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surge/Tele

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surge/Tele. This position involves providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients while adhering to the necessary protocols and requirements for patient safety and treatment.

Shift Information

• Shift: 4x12 Hour Nights (19:00 - 07:30)
• No Block Scheduling

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a Med Surge/Tele environment.
• Manage patient ratios of up to 1:6-7, ensuring optimal care and attention.
• Administer medications and treatments, including proficiency in IV drips such as Cardizem, Tridil, and Amiodarone.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes as necessary.

Qualifications

• Valid RN License in Alabama or Compact License required at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a related specialty.
• Current certifications in ACLS and BLS are mandatory.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
