Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,519 per week in Cleveland, OH

Job Title: Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Med/Surg Tele Duration: 20 weeks Shift: Night and Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 18 months combined permanent experience in specialty applying for, with 18 months of recent Med/Surg Tele experience. License: Permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand required. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications are required and must be active at the time of submission. Must-Have: - Must work every other holiday. - Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments during orientation. - Travelers must have one reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for, from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Description: This position is for a Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse. The nurse will care for patients on a urology unit. There is potential to float to other units. Travelers may be assigned patients on ventilators. Shifts will be rotating between day and night. The facility will try to honor preferred shifts but may rotate as needed. Travelers must not have any background hits or open cases. All required certifications must be active at the time of submission. Travelers must complete background checks promptly. Exemptions apply for specific roles concerning nicotine-free requirements. COVID-19 and flu vaccinations are required with medical or religious exemptions only. Travelers will receive feedback on performance assessments. Assignments may be extended, and breaks are required before returning to the role. Ongoing compliance training and modules are necessary as per the facility's requirements.
