Must-Have:
Must have 18 months of recent Med/Surg Tele experience.
Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation, with an acceptable score required.
Description:
We are seeking a Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse.
This position involves potential floating to units with the same patient population.
Shifts will be rotating between nights (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM) and days (7:00 AM to 7:30 PM).
The facility will do their best to honor travelers' preferred shifts, but reserves the right to rotate as necessary.
Candidates must have 18 months of combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for, preferably within one location, but a combination is acceptable.
Recent Med/Surg Tele experience is mandatory, and travel experience is acceptable.
All required certifications must be active with nothing pending.
Two references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are required to qualify.
References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months.
Candidates with any background check hits will be reviewed by the facility.
The facility will not accept any traveler with an open case or license hits.
Travelers may only be submitted for one job at a time.
Nicotine-free requirements are applicable to other travelers only.
Candidates may extend with the client for a period of 18 months, after which a 6-month break is required.
This position involves completing 4 hours of modules, with any additional time required being non-billable.
