Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,519 per week in Cleveland, OH

Job Title: Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Med/Surg Tele Duration: 20 weeks (with potential for 13 weeks) Shift: Night and Day rotating shifts Hours per Shift: 12 hours (either 19:00 - 07:30 or 07:00 - 19:30) Experience: 18 months combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for; must include 18 months of recent Med/Surg Tele experience License: Permanent license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Must work at least every other holiday Description: Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse position available. The role includes potential floating to various units to care for a similar patient population. Shifts may be variable to meet the operational needs of the facility. Preference will be given to travelers; however, rotation may be necessary if required. Must have a permanent license or compact license in hand at the time of submission. Travel experience will be considered. References are required from previous managers or supervisors in the specialty applying for. Active required certifications must be held at the time of submission. Travelers must maintain a negative drug screen, including nicotine, within the specified time frame. Candidates cannot return to the facility for one year from their previous end date. A background check is required, and any convictions will be reviewed. Modules must be completed and counted towards training hours when applicable. Travelers may remain on assignment for up to 18 months with a required break before returning unless approved.
