Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,527 per week in Castro Valley, CA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Float Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Hours (07:00 - 19:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Current state RN license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS required Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - Experience with patient ratio of 5 - Experience with charting system (Epic) - Trauma Level II experience required - Travel experience required Description: MS/Tele Float Pool Traveler needed. Will float to multiple medical surgical and telemetry units within scope of practice. Will cover multiple patient demographics including adults and geriatrics. Must provide care across various medical scenarios. Demonstrated skills in BiPAP/CPAP management, blood product administration, central line care, and telemetry management are essential. Successful candidates must be adept in emergency response, isolation precautions, and critical patient assessments. Flexibility to work weekends and cover holidays as needed is expected. Must maintain high standards of patient care. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential for providing comprehensive patient care. Candidates should be well-versed in managing diverse patient needs and emergency situations. Ensure compliance with all required documentation and reporting standards.
