Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med-surg Adult, Telemetry Nurse Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day/Night Rotation Hours per Shift: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 1 year Med Surg Tele experience License: Current Registered Nurse license in the State Certifications: Basic Life Support certification (BLS) from the American Heart Association only Must-Have: - Must have a minimum of 1 year Med Surg Tele experience. - Must have a higher level of proficiency due to the complexity of the Med Surg unit. Description: Care of patients who meet Medicine or Med Tele admission criteria. Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association is required. Preferred qualifications include a BSN and certification in Rehabilitation Nursing or other professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association. 1-2 years of Med Surg or Tele experience is preferred. Holiday coverage is required.
