Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse – Alabama
Start Date: September 28, 2026

Schedule: Night shift, flexible 3x12 or 4x12 based on your preference with block scheduling. Patient ratios up to 1:6-7. Includes weekend coverage.

- Must be proficient in critical drips including cardizem, tridil, and amiodarone
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including pharmacy, respiratory services, rapid response teams, physical therapy, and more
- 28-hour structured orientation program to ensure smooth transition
Requirements:
- Active Alabama RN license or Compact license in hand at time of application
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience
- Experience with telemetry monitoring and administering critical IV drips
- Competency in accessing/managing ports and chemotherapy administration preferred
- Experience working in large healthcare facilities strongly preferred
- Must reside at least 90 miles from the facility location
- COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered); flu vaccination required with no exemptions
- First-time travelers welcome; highly experienced candidates without prior travel experience may be considered case-by-case
- Completion of pre-start modules required prior to assignment
