Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,614 per week in Saint Louis, MO

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2+ years License: Current RN License in Missouri Certifications: BLS and ACLS from AHA only, NIHSS preferred Must-Have: 2+ years Telemetry experience Description: Performs direct patient care activities for all age groups. Includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Monitors and coordinates patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort. Functions within the scope of nursing preparation consistent with established guidelines of nursing practice. Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Mission and Values, and Service Standards. Works in a healthcare environment that has earned recognition for safety and quality care. Expected to work every other full weekend and at least one major winter holiday. Orientation is provided on day shift prior to starting the night shift. Open to learning and collaborating with a diverse healthcare team. Desires to achieve positive patient outcomes through teamwork and communication.
